I know bosnian Maple is used quite often on cellos, violins and such.
Pretty stuff. Really flaked appearance with the few sets I've seen. Don't
know much about Bosnian Spruce. It would be more revealing I think to
see what the actual species are, and better yet get a sample set in your
hands.

if the wood is from bosnia, it is most likely european maple, and picea abies european spruce
